Jaden Travnik is currently in his masters studies while continuing his work in the BLINC lab. He graduated with a BSc specialization in Computing Science at the University of Alberta in June 2015. During his undergraduate degree, he focused on numerical methods and machine learning. He also completed sixteen months of full-time industry work at General Electric Intelligent Platforms. Jaden has worked with Dr. Michael Bowling and the University of Alberta Computer Poker Research Group and designed and implemented the strategy query web tool for the Cepheus Poker Project. During the summer of 2015, Jaden implemented software that controls the artificial limbs used in research. Jaden is excited to be working with the BLINC lab and enjoys working with such a great team. After lab hours, Jaden enjoys tennis, archery, and playing video games.
